Data controller

The controller of the personal data received through this website is Estudio Miguel Alonso, located at Viamonte 927, 2nd floor, office B, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about this policy, write to info@emalonso.com.ar.

What data we receive

We only receive the data you enter in the contact form: full name, email address and message and, if you choose to provide them, company, phone number and service of interest.

How we use it

We use this data exclusively to answer your inquiry and, where appropriate, to send you a service proposal. We do not use it for advertising purposes and we do not share it with third parties.

How it is processed

The form sends your inquiry by email to the firm’s official mailbox. The website does not store messages in any database.

To prevent bulk automated messages, the server keeps, for 24 hours, an anonymous identifier derived from the IP address from which the form is sent. This identifier cannot be used to recover the original IP address and is deleted automatically.

Retention

We keep the inquiries we receive for as long as necessary to answer them and, if we start a professional relationship, for the period that relationship requires.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use its own cookies or any visitor analytics tools.

The contact page includes a Google Maps map. When it is displayed, Google may collect information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, updating or deletion of your data by writing to info@emalonso.com.ar.

In accordance with Article 14(3) of Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown.

The Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules on personal data protection.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
